Asus India has been teasing the launch of their long-awaited affordable flagship ZenFone 6 in the country for quite a long time, but the recent controversy surrounding the name & apos; Zen & apos; caused a legal restriction on his arrival.
While Asus and its e-commerce partner Flipkart have prepared to create a hype for the new device, the Delhi High Court has kept the company from selling and advertising their mobile products under the Zen, Zenfone or other similar branding. . To prevent further delay in launch, the company has found a new solution that does not comply with the order – the Zenfone 6 is launched with a new name called Asus 6z.
As planned, the launch will take place on June 19, but the phone is called Asus 6z. Flipkart and Asus have both officially announced the new name and launch date of the phone, but there are no details about the availability and price of the same.
Since the problem was only mentioned by name, there is a good chance that we will not see any changes to the specifications and design of the phone.
The phone has a 6.4-inch full-HD + (1080×2340 pixels) screen with a 19.5: 9 aspect ratio and is made possible by the Snapdragon 855 SoC combined with a maximum of 8 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage.
The Asus 6z will also have a motorized rotating camera module with a 48MP primary shooter with f / 1.79 aperture accompanied by a 13 MP secondary ultra wide angle camera.
The expectation is that the phone is priced about the same as the OnePlus 7, because it is the only direct competitor on the market at the moment.
