Bose adds Home Speaker 300 to its smart speaker range in India

Bose is expanding its range of speakers in India with the Home Speaker 300, which wants to deliver the distinctive Bose audio, but also serves as a smart home speaker.

The Home Speaker 300 is encased in an elegant aluminum housing and has thousands of inlets in the lower half. With these inputs, the speakers can produce a 360-degree omni-directional sound that is more natural.

The speaker is quite compact because it is only 6.3 inches high, while the top measures around 4 inches and also contains the media controls.

These include play / pause, Bluetooth, AUX, microphone, and volume buttons in addition to six preset buttons. The Home Speaker 300 comes with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa speech assistants, so you can play and control your favorite music by saying it aloud.

An array with six microphones has been specially designed for the Bose Home Speaker 300 that allows exceptional voice recording, even when the speaker rocks a room with its bass-heavy style.

Bose 300s connects to the Bose Music app with which users can control it from their smartphones. Through the app you can adjust presets and access their music library, all in one place.

Bose Home Speaker 300 costs Rs 26,900 and will be on sale from 29 August. Smart speaker pre-orders are open and will be available in Bose stores and partner stores together with Amazon India.
