What are the benefits of EE?

The highlight here is the speed of EE. Coming in as the fastest 4G network in the UK, EE beats all others for fast downloads and scrolling.

Moreover, EE offers many advantages, whether it is the possibility to share your data, set up data caps or get free subscriptions for Apple Music or Amazon for example.

Can I keep my number if I switch to EE?

If you switch to an EE telephone deal and want to keep your old number, you can simply call your old network, get a PAC code and convert it.

If you were previously on EE, you can still keep your number, but it is a bit more complicated. They have ensured that you do not have your number, so you must use this temporary solution. Buy a free SIM card for payment from any other network and tell your network that you are moving.

They release the PAC code, which you then give to the replacement network. You will then immediately receive another PAC code from them. Take it to your old network and move your number to your new contract. Long-term, but easier than learning a new song!

Can I use my EE telephone abroad?

EE offers free roaming charges in the EU with every EE telephone deal. This means that you can still use your allowances while you are away in the EU. If you travel outside of the EU, America, Asia, etc., you must pay for your use of data, calls and texts abroad.
